It is still not working...

And since I'm level 27 i cant find people to do the Space Administration with me. Cause Matchmaking is not finding people in my level range for this thing. -_-

Pleeeeeeease fix this.

After doing Bunker 2 Times on story... (the first time it did nothing) i finaly could activate the SHD networke in the basement.
Its now working...

Hope everybody else gets a fix or workaround to!

after activating the shd network at the white house? did you manage to talk to henry fayes in the campus? thats where i got stucked.. the shed where he is usually in the campus is closed without mission marker, and cant find him anywhere... my campus settlement is 100% upgraded, and when i open the map, the orange beacon is pointing on the campus... what the hell am i missing?

I had to talk to him before i activated the SHD Network.

Basically what i did was:

At level 16 or so i did the space center thing, could not activate the network even tough its asking me for it.
So i decided "okay screw it i'll just level they'll fix it"

so i did all main missions and some exploring. in this time the campus got to level 4 from all the main missions. talked to henry. did the bunker for the first time. white house got upgraded to level 3. could not click the computer in the basement for the SHD network.

did bunker again, cause i liked the mission. suddenly dude in front of computer in basement is gone and i can activate it.

Now for me its just:

Do all the Strongholds.

I'm having the same issue. Can confirm that I did not go directly to the BoO after completing the mission. I joined in on some friends.

Okay, this needs to be hotfixed soon. The game is becoming saturated with people who are gated behind this bug and it's halting progress entirely. I get that there is currently a workaround, but since this started happening, the queue list is only filled with people who are bugged, trying to get escorted into the mission completion sequence.

This game is bad idk why I wasted my time.I have game progress stoppage because of this stupid bug. This game has been full of bugs since launch no surprise disappointed. Shows ubi soft has ****ty programmers and the company just likes to take peoples money

Need the shd reactivation fixed please im loosing farm time because of this . I am a long time division player its the best game ever but this sets me back big time .

Bethany P: I apologize for this delay there. When you take a look at your next recommended missions can you let me know what you are seeing there for your character? Is the Capitol Stronghold the next mission it is suggesting for you to complete?
hondaguy1223: No. It is suggesting I go to the Whitehouse and turn in the Reactivate SHD Network mission
hondaguy1223: The only way I was able to even play the stronghold was on another friends map
hondaguy1223: It currently says “Recommended Activity “Reactivation”
Bethany P: Alright and that mission has not be completed before correct? Or did you run through that reactivation at an earlier point in the game and it is not seeing you stuck without that console activation?

Bethany P: Okay I am sorry that we have received some reports from players who are unable to get that mission finished to access the Capitol Stronghold mission and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
Bethany P: Right now this issue has been forwarded up to the development team for review, and they are working to investigate into this.
hondaguy1223: Got it. So at the moment there is nothing I can do to fix it to play with my friends?
Bethany P: At the moment we are working to get this resolved, and I recommend keeping an eye out on the official forums as well as our other channels for more updates as they become available. In the meantime you can try out clearing the cache on your console (to reset your network card as well as clear out cached data) but I apologize that trying that step might not see a change in that mission progression.
hondaguy1223: The k you for your help. How do I clear the cache?
Bethany P: 1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for about 5 seconds until the light behind it turns off. This will power off the console.
2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 2 full minutes.
3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button.
4. Launch the game, and see if the issue has been resolved.
