We really need a fix for this. I don't want to have to create another character to play 30+ hours again... It's really letting down a great game

Same problem, getting annoyed. Anyone want to level up new characters and help each other with the "work around" that we shouldn't have to?

Can confirm the "workaround" that was posted earlier in the thread did work for me. Luckily I had a friend that allowed me to power level him through it all.

Still no fix for this? I have a character on 30 and one on 15 when is this going from be fixed... I and many others paid £100+ for the game and we expected to be playing it early not sat around waiting for developers to fix something

Another workaround I read from other forum is replay the bunker mission in other player's world(which tier doesn't matter,even that player has completed the mission before).After that you replay the mission in your own world.Haven't tried it myself so don't know if it's work or not.

I have the same problem. Workaround does not work for me in any chance. I'm still at level 17 but it realy suck that i cant activat the pc in the basement of the white house.
I tought it would be fixed by todays hotfix but does not look like it.
