Do the completed missions show up in your log in the order that you completed them?

I know I have not completed "Space Administration HQ". I will try that one tonight and see if it changes things for me.

how about a work around fix ? remove it from a requirement to move on?

I was having this same problem until i completed the space HQ mission which reactivates the SHD satelites. Im not sure why you're prompted to reactivate shd network after the federal bunker but i couldnt do it until i completed the space HQ mission. Hope this helps.

Space Administration HQ mission fixed it for me. I ran it solo.

so this is useless i am going crazy lol. How could this happen like wth... Cmon ubisoft , give us atleast temporary solution or what ever so we can continue . stuck at this ...
