I have also be suck here for weeks now, checking everyday to see if they have finally fixed this issue. But every day I am let down.

I'm currently stuck on this, as well. Still have to beat one other stronghold, but then I'll be stuck unless I can get in on someone that hasn't finished it yet.

Yeah. I can't get past this either

I was given an error when trying to get the specializations and I noticed when playing capitol on someone's else game that there were 3 locked missions. I did all 3 on my own then capitol and now I was finally able to get to gear score.

Before doing this I did that bank headquarters as someone suggested and I asked the guys from matchmaking to activate the shd server. One did it and nothing happened then finally another one did it and I got the message mission completed.

Then I did the missions I mentioned at the beginning.

All good now.

Any update on fix? I tried to partner up with others but still wont turn on the computer for me and I want to experience the end game. 40 hours in and still cant complete the main mission

There is no point keep telling us the same thing, what we need is the fix and explanation, or you can just tell us this is not going to be fixed at all
No point to take over 2 weeks for investigation and this major failure still not fixed

Disable the requirement for this to be a completing event for the Stronghold until the issue is resolved..seems easy enough.

Thanks for the report guys. The TD2 team are still looking into it. Here is a workaround from another player:

My buddy got both bugs where he needed to talk to Henry at campus and reactivate shd network. So I created a new toon and done
Grand Washington hotel
Jefferson trade
Viewpoint museum
American history museum
Air and space
Space hq
Federal reserve and that gave my toon the reactivate network and I needed to talk to Henry, so my buddy joined me and I reactivated the network with him standing next to me and it cleared the mission for him. Then we went to campus and Henry was out for me to talk to so my buddy interacted with him and it cleared that for him. After that he was able to play last stronghold and roll over to gear score. Hope this helps some get over to end game.

For those who are having this issue, can you provide what order of quests you did prior to attempting this mission?
