    Since I cannot progress due to a major glitch, do I ask for a refund at this point?

    Well I am level 30 and bored, I cannot progress due to a glitch. Should i ask for a refund or what? I don't really feel like starting a new character so I can access level 30 content.
    There also seems to be no acknowledgment from ubisoft about this when this issue is popping up more and more throughout the day.

    No, if you've made it to 30 you've certainly played it too much for a refund... Also offical release still hasn't happened yet. I suspect massive might be a bit busy for an endgame glitch at this point. Give them a day or two.

    The glitch is that I cannot speak to the division coordinator which is locking me out of the level 30 content.
