    1) The bash was untouched? That sucks :/

    2) This change indeed was necessary imo. It wasn't really exclusive to high level play, I mean I did it and other fairly low repped BP's did so too. Granted it didn't work everytime because I usually don't play characters with full block so I'm not 100% familiar with them.

    From testing it seems so yes. It seems to give the same numbers it had pre patch. Most likely scenario is the devs just forgot to slip in the change with the update. We did get a confirm that Jawbreaker was referring to his bash.
