After completing Lincoln Memorial prompted to talk to him but not possible

Guia weekend i tried to redo Lincoln memorial in Story mode by myself and still can't see the container door sign to be able to Talk to Henry.
So disappointing! It was a entire weekend stuck ate this point.
I understand you guys are already looking in to it but, there is any ETA on the fix?

This is driving me nuts. I literally cant do anything. When will this be resolved?

Hey guys. We applied a fix for this and are pretty confident this has been resolved. If you have any other Main Missions active, please finish them. If you do not have a Main Mission available, can you please try to re-play the Lincoln Memorial Main Mission in West Potomac Park?

I am full maxed out.
Finished all side missions all main missions.
Tier 4 , GS453 , perfected gear Talent and statwise.
Still i have Quest "Talk to Henry Hayes" and i cant enter the Container

before you ask, yes i did replay main Mission Lincon memorial, it dident fix anything

Thanks for letting us know. Are you blocked from progressing further or is it just that the quest won't finish? As you're saying you have reached Tier 4 and are gaining items, it sounds like only the marker and that specific quest doesn't work, but everything else has worked. Is that the case?
