I'm having this issue as well cannot talk to him after completing Lincoln memorial

Same here, stuck to talk to Henry Hayes. I've already talked to him done a lot to upgrade Campus. What happen is I replied to an agent backup request it repeated the cut scene. When we were done and I left group I'm stuck. please help.

This needs a fix ASAP. I am surprised it wasn’t fixed in yesterday’s patch since players seem to have been reporting this since pretty much day 1 early access.

It blocks my progression so my friends now are much advanced than I am with the main story and there’s nothing I can do about it. Very frustrating.

I've fully upgraded the campus and the bug still persists.

Check to see you have completed the Lincoln Memorial as Lincoln Memorial mission bugged so if the game says you have not done it then you cant progress..
So am I getting a refund for this broken game? since ubisoft sees no importance in fixing this crap!!!!!

I have found a workaround:
A friend of mine, got the mission and he COULD see him! I joint his group (and his map) and could talk to henry!

So, as long as the bug is alive, this is maybe a solution for you.
