I am not able to redeem any of the shield rewards ubisoft club rewards preorder bonuses or gold bonuses ingame. Nothing is showing up in the Grants section. Psn dr0mm3r85

Having the same issue. installed game, downloaded update, entered in my code but no in game items show up.
The instructions say it will prompt a download for the content but I never got that. Also nothing shows up in the library to download.

I’m having the same issue. Inputted the code and bought a bunch of stuff from UPlay and nothing is showing up in the stash tab.

Similar to above issue. Redeemed the city runner outfit on uplay. But none of it appearing in-game.

Same here, can't redeem legendary agent Johnsons's outfit. I buy it for ubi point, but still not in inventory and mail box
