I’ve talked to 3 different Ubi reps. They all say watch the forums. Only thing I’m finding in the forums is stuff that doesn’t help. I don’t even have access to items I redeemed in the Ubisoft rewards center. I’ve been with Ubi for a long time, like all the Tom Clancey games and most all of the Assassins Creed games. First time I’ve ever had this issue. They need to fix it fast! I’m not happy with this launch issue!
