Ticket says to expect an answer within 48 hours - ticket opened for about 38 hours so far - so we will see if it happens.
The bonus items are lower level (exotic Assault Rifle Ruthless and the Lullaby shotgun) which become more useless the higher level you are.
If and when they arrive will they drop to my current character level or will they be level 1?
If they drop at level 1 - which I assume they will - then the more I play and level my character the less value they have.

Same issue, bought PS4 digital copy of the ultimate edition and I have no dlc or Uplay rewards, even opened one of the cosmetic lootbox things and didn't get the hat that it showed I got.

I opened a support ticket yesterday and just now logged on to find all my stuff in the stash. I don't know if opening a ticket helped, or if this issue just has to be worked through one user at a time, but it might be worth making a ticket if anyone still has the problem.

Yeah they are fixed at Level 1, but you get blueprints for the weapons as well allowing you to craft them at later levels.

Thank you for the information on the blueprints - didn't know that.
Hopefully UBI/Massive/Playstation or whomever is responsible for this gets it figured out soon.

Hey folks,

I got the Ultimate digital pack from GameStop, everything showed up straight from the install... The 2 sets of uniforms, Ruthless and what not. Yesterday my buddy bought the Ultimate disk in a steel case and I saw him with the Lullaby. Was I supposed to get it with the Ultimate digital as well?? I don't have it if yes.
