    The tab is in the stash (it looks like an envelope) here, you'll see "Deliveries" and "Grants". Your items should be in the "Grants" section.

    The issue is that there is nothing in the Grants of Deliveries section. As in literally nothing. People (including myself) aren't struggling to locate the DLC items, the DLC items just aren't there.

    SOLVED

    Finally had a reply to my support ticket, logged into the game and there it was, everything unlocked. I have everything I should now.

    Anyone with the same issue raise a support ticket.

    Would be good if Ubisoft could ensure premium content like this works properly in future.

    After reading i did add a prove of payment to my ticket. Been waiting for a solid 18 hours now...

    Would be great if i log in tonight and i can enjoy the game with the extra items i paid a lot of money for.

    I was 14 hours, get onto Support on Twitter and Facebook. Got a response from Facebook within an hour then things moved pretty quickly.

    dont know if ubi fixed it, but i reïnstalled the game on ps4, when logging in i had everything in the stashbox waiting for me.

    So if you did not try reïnstalling the game yet, give it a go. Maybe that fixes it for you.

    Again cant say Ubi or the reïnstallation did the trick, but it worked.

    fyi: had no contact with someone from UBI

    Hello everyone! We are sorry to hear that your Ultimate items are currently missing in game. Be sure you are checking in the correct areas. We recommend these PS4 steps.

    If these steps do not help, please submit a ticket with proof of purchase for your copy of TD2 and clarify what specific items you are unable to see. We would also like screenshots from your Stash in game as well.

    I also opened a case. No ultimate dlc items for me either, so dissapointing i already reinstalled the whole 90 gb download again to try and fix it.
