After talking to Bestbuy support, they quickly send me another code which might be the code for the pre-order bonus. I'll find out to see if the code works or not tonight after I got home. Anyways, I guess even the digital copy needs to have two codes.

I know that this thread has been posted many times; however, I still can't seem to find a clear answer to this.
There doesn't seem to be anything in my stash after completion of the first mission.
Ubisoft accounts are linked and still nothing.
Any insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I didn’t get mine either. Not so much worried about the guns but clothes are hard to come by and I want the outfits I paid $120 for. What’s worse is I didn’t get my open beta participation items either. Checked ubi club rewards and it says I own everything but it won’t show up in the stash. Not even the free rewards I tried to get yesterday. I put in a service ticket last night at 8pm but haven’t heard anything yet. By the time they respond or fix all my items will be obsolete. Thanks ubi for ruining this experience for me right out of the gate.

Even though I know it's not a PS4 issue I did all the stuff asked, power cycle, reset licenses, reset database, reinstall game.
I sent in all the requested proof that I own the game and the Dark Zone edition.
I'm seeing multiple people with this issue actually getting support responses and getting their items.
I'm tired of waiting and going to out level any items i'm actually going to get!
Even the free items I claimed from the Ubisoft store don't show up in game.
FIX IT!!

I put in a request 15 hrs ago and it says it could be up to 48hrs before you get a response. At this point they’re gonna have to give us some store credits or something to make up for this. I bought the ultimate and was pissed because I spent &120 but you got the DZ edition? I bet your livid!

You should log into ubisoft and look at the rewards. Some of them manually need to be claimed through ubisoft before they will appear in game.
