Just popping by to note the same thing - opened a support ticket this morning (AU time).
I also noted that several of the Beta patches were not unlocking for me (mainly the Invasion Patch and Dark Zone patc) - it could be related.
All other Ubiclub rewards are fine, and I got the Pre-Order bonus too, however the Gold Edition bonsues are not there.
I purchased my ps4 digital gold edition from Bestbuy and it seems to have the same issue. No capital defender pack in the stash. I'm not even sure if this copy has year 1 pass or not. In one of Ubisoft's support they request to reinstall the game which it's going to take a whole day to download and try it. Will see how it goes tomorrow to find out.
Same issue here. I bought the Ultimate Edition from the PS Store. None of the preorder or Ultimate Edition items are in my stash, nor are any of my Ubisoft Club rewards. I'm about 10 hours into the game now. I opened a ticket and per their instructions I restored licenses, that did not work. Their next instructions were to delete and redownload/reinstall. That would take me a couple days being that the file is so large, so I am waiting till Friday to see of they patch it in or something. This is such a simple thing, I don't understand why they can't just go in and unlock it.
Getting a little frustrating now. I opened a Ticket Tuesday. They asked me to provide proof of purchase, which I did. Couple more back and forths, and now they sent me this:
Kinda annoying as it feels like they're just going to keep asking for random stuff while they buy more time to find a solution. I also keep getting emails saying my support ticket will close in 4 days if I don't continue to update it.
I preorder the gold edition,participated in the beta also,In my case the loot from the preorder was in my stash...But some cosmetic item was not in my inventory even if i claim it from my stash?I also notice that my weapon skins from participating in the beta sudendly disapear,And it said that i claim it already but its gone from my inventory,cant put it as a weapon skin when i try to mod my weapon with a skin...It said that i do not have a weapon skins...So yes there is a issue right there and like i said some cosmetic stuff that i claimed are not in my inventory,and some are just disappering randomly,Hope we got a fix soon
