Same problem here, figure it can't hurt to throw my hat in the ring as well. Just opened a ticket with support about it, although there wasn't a great category for "where's my stuff". Ultimate edition items missing, pre order bonuses missing, club rewards missing. So frustrating. They had this issue with division 1 hazmat suit, you'd think they would have learned.

Even though I know it's not a PS4 issue I did all the stuff asked, power cycle, reset licenses, reset database, reinstall game.
I sent in all the requested proof that I own the game and the Dark Zone edition.
I'm seeing multiple people with this issue actually getting support responses and getting their items.
I'm tired of waiting and going to out level any items i'm actually going to get!
Even the free items I claimed from the Ubisoft store don't show up in game.
FIX IT!!
