    Missing items

    I opened a case over this still no answer.it sucks to spend 120.00 dollars on a game that is missing content I paid for .Ubisoft do the right thing and compensate us for your mistake you have no problem taking our money so fix this quickly or you will lose countless customers

    Same problem here, figure it can't hurt to throw my hat in the ring as well. Just opened a ticket with support about it, although there wasn't a great category for "where's my stuff". Ultimate edition items missing, pre order bonuses missing, club rewards missing. So frustrating. They had this issue with division 1 hazmat suit, you'd think they would have learned.

    I got all my stuff (ubi club as well) at approx 3 1/2 hours in..

    Don't know if it was gametime that ticked over, or PSN store updating.. but they did arrive in my stash after some time.

    Can I get a refund for the difference of any edition above standard? Since my edition is standard basically 🙄 ps- don’t care for “collector” cases. I like hats, keychains, little trinkets and cool digital loot.

    @Ubi-Zubi This is still a major issue for a lot of us.
    I've had a case open for 22 hours now and still nothing! 08286298
    Even though I know it's not a PS4 issue I did all the stuff asked, power cycle, reset licenses, reset database, reinstall game.
    I sent in all the requested proof that I own the game and the Dark Zone edition.
    I'm seeing multiple people with this issue actually getting support responses and getting their items.
    I'm tired of waiting and going to out level any items i'm actually going to get!
    Even the free items I claimed from the Ubisoft store don't show up in game.
    FIX IT!!
