Bizarre as I've never once game shared on PS4...

Same here 2 but I am shared with some one except I have everything downloaded on my Xbox But none of it showed up for me.

Same issue here on Xbox, bought Gold edition and Capital defender pack missing in my inventory ( stash, grants etc... are checked as well)

Apparently I'm just like the rest here. Bought the physical copy of the Ultimate Edition on PS4. Entered my code and nothing has shown up in game for me. Not in rewards or grants or stash or anywhere in the game for me. The code doesn't show up in my library either. Gonna open a case with Ubisoft and I'll update if I get a response.

I logged in this morning and all the items came into my inventory and stash. I'm not sure if submitting a case helped my cause but I have all my items.

Have you checked all the different tabs in your stash? Just so we know.

Yes none of the content is in the “Grants” section of the Stash. My brother who ordered a physical copy found all his content in this Grants section of the Stash.

We both bought the Ultimate Edition. Seems to be linked with Digital purchases

dont know if ubi fixed it, but i reïnstalled the game on ps4, when logging in i had everything in the stashbox waiting for me.

So if you did not try reïnstalling the game yet, give it a go. Maybe that fixes it for you.

Again cant say Ubi or the reïnstallation did the trick, but it worked.

FYI: i did not have contact with a UBI employe what so ever

Check your email connected to you UBI account; they did send me a separate CODE apart from the one that comes with the physical copy.

Same issue here. PS4, digital, Ultimate. Nothing. Checked all tabs.

Same issue as guys above. Reinstalled game on ps4. Searched all the tabs, no grants. Also my ubi club items. I have physical copy of Dark Zone edition
