I am on the ps4 platform and I bought the Ultimate edition from EB Games and I’m missing all preorder bonuses

Just called Best Buy about my Case, 2 hours later, they gave me my pre-order code. Finally!

I’m having the same problem think it might be because it’s hidden in playstation store so no one can even double check to see if it downloaded and if it didn’t we can’t download it

Pre-Ordered the Gold Edition from the Ubisoft-Store. Got the E-Mail that I get the Pre-Order Bonus but didn’t get the E-Mail with the Code.

bought on the psn, stuff arrived yesterday. No code required.

PSN support had told me before that it would be available on release date ...I guess it did

Same here Xbox Uk , bought ultimate edition and no bonuses at all. Followed Ubisoft instructions but no joy. Opened a ticket and still waiting.

Obviously it’s an issue at Ubisofts end, nothing to do with retailers!!

Paid £93 and I haven’t got what I paid for and still waiting 4 days later

I've opened my ticket 08314271.on March 14th. No response what so ever, and still not having access to my Ultimate edition pre-order bonuses. Are you guys still have the problem?
