Missing all Pre-Order Bonuses | Forums

I pre-ordered the ultimate edition for PS4 (digital), and I have none of the bonuses, I checked all the tabs, and the deliveries and grants section, and there is nothing there. I also haven't gotten any Ubisoft club rewards either.

Having the same issue. installed game, downloaded update, entered in my code for Year 1 pass + Bonus Content but no in game items show up.
The instructions say it will prompt a download for the content but I never got that. Also nothing shows up in the library to download.
Got the physical copy of the Dark Zone collector edition. Been on live chat for about 45 min and I think the guy just left cause he stopped responding.

Same issue with me. I opened a support case and chatted with an support agent and there was no fix.

I also am having this issue as well but i purchased my digital copy from Best Buy. Still no indication of my pre order code, only the full game

I bought a physical copy of the golden addition for the season pass and loot and I have also unlocked extra loot from the ubisoft club and nothing is showing up in my mail box under delivery's or grants!

Same issue here - bought the Gold edition digitally for PS4, missing all preorder items, and missing all items that I redeemed on Uplay.
