For your missing content, we recommend these PS4 steps. Please make sure you are not being gameshared the content, as you will not be able to access it. If you are not gamesharing, please submit a ticket with proof of purchase for your copy of TD2. Be sure to specifically mention which items you are missing. Once you've done that, you can reply back with your ticket number so we may look into it for you.
My case number is 08284566. I do not have any pre order items, no Gold/Ultimate edition items, and nothing bought or earned in the Ubisoft Club store has been delivered to my in game character or stash. Proof of purchase, as well as pictures of my inventory and stash have been provided. I just spent much time online with UBISOFT support about this issue! I also spent a ridiculous amount for the pre-order so imagine my disappointment when on day 2 of the early release there is still nothing in the stash! The main reason I pre-ordered was to start with some cool stuff. It will be obsolete by the time you finally get our PAID items to us. Just give us an honest answer, not act like you do not know this is a problem. You cannot charge double for something and only give us part of the order. I have ZERO items from the pre-order. This is unacceptable and to make us search you out to tell you of this..........each of us separately is offensive. You should be doing the work to make this right. You charge $120 when the standard was $60. What did you think we were paying all that extra money for? To get the items sometime in the future?
