Hello, I was wondering if anyone else ordered a physical copy of The Division 2 through the Ubisoft store. I ordered the Phoenix Shield Addition dating back to October 7th of 2018. I never got a confirmation email for a tracking number for my order. Secondly, today is the 12th of March and I haven't gotten my order today. Just wondering if someone else has had this issue or if I can be pointed in the right direction on how to be able to contact someone about this. I did check my order history and it did confirm that I had ordered it. I cannot track my package for I never got a tracking number. Also I reiterate, I have not gotten my package today. Being under the impression that I was going to have early access to the game on the 12th of March (today) I haven't been able to play. Thank you for who ever can help me.

Yes, there have been a lot of others that are having the same problems you are facing. I digitally downloaded but have been following the threads, Have a search in the first to pages and you will find the posts, a Ubi forum member will be reading this as we speak and will point you in the right direction. Let me save you some time. If a mod answers to you, he will direct you to support. When you contact support they will tell you that they don't know what happened since they shipped orders properly and on time, that you have to take it with ups, that they can't do anything from their side and of course, that they are sorry.

I’m in the same boat as you. My game has been sat at a UPS depot all day.
I logged in to Ubisoft and went to support and raised a ticket. I’m not sure what they will do but it’s worth contacting them.
As I use UPS a fair bit I’m a member of My Choice, you sign up and UPS send you a pin code, once it’s up and running any package due to your address using UPS shows up. Mighty handy as I’ve just seen an eBay purchase pop up and an order from Belgian and in both cases they never informed me it’s shipped.
