Applied new update.
Now entire account started over.
All rep gone, heroes gear gone, some basic heroes locked, all steel and scrap gone, all progress and unlockables gone.
All real money spent on game wasted.
Now how is this to be remedied.

It's probably related to the database wherein the personal data is stored. I'm sure they will restore it back to how it was. I wouldn't really worry folks.

I had the same thing happen to me. Although I haven't been playing since day one, I had put some decent time into it and had spent money on steel, so seeing it all taken away is incredibly disheartening to me and I would like it fixed ASAP.

I log in and find 300 reps, steel, characters and everything GONE. Stuff like this still shouldn't be happening. How do you plan on making this up to your loyal and dedicated players who keep coming back despite the continued nonsense?

Hi, the truth is that I play a lot "For Honor".
my reputation was because I WAS REPUTATION 11, had a guardian of the same reputation and buy executions, poses, and the truth had a good equipment, also my invader with rep 1.
Today I update the game, I open the game and it comes out as if it were the first time to play, all the time and steel I spent wasted, all my progress in the trash.
I feel very angry and sad.

You forgot to fix centurion and Gladiator by deleting them out of the game.Hate those spamers xD 3 moves and you are stamina drained and almost dead.Seriously do something,they drain too much stamina..
