Hello, I bought the Far Cry 5 season pass a little bit ago. I checked my bank account, it says I was charged $14.99. I checked my email, I have an order confirmation. However, the DLCs are nowhere to be found. I have Far Cry 3 in my games, but I don't have any DLCs under Far Cry 5. Nothing in my downloads, and I can't access the DLCs in-game. Am I missing something?
So last night I was made aware that since I bought the game on Steam, the DLCs won't work. I bought the DLCs on Uplay since they were on sale. I spoke with an "agent" last night and asked him if a refund was possible. His words were:
"There would be [a way to get a refund]. I would have to move your case over to the correct team who could take care of this situation. They would review your case and then contact you via email with a response towards a resolution."
As of this post, I havn't received that email. I'm hoping I do, as I only bought the season pass to play the DLCs with my friend group.

Hi everyone,
If you have the game on a different platform to your DLC, you would need to contact where the DLC was purchased from in order to get a refund.
So if you own the base game in Steam and purchased content from Uplay/Ubisoft Store, set up a case on our support site and we will be able to get this sent to the refunds team.
Do I fall into this category of getting ****ed over by Ubisoft?

Results:
-I see Far Cry 3 in my uPlay account, so that is validating
-I do not see any Owned DLC, nor can I play these 3 DLC in-game
Wtf? Both Humble and Steam are even on Ubisofts approved digital distributor list. How does it matter in the slightest where i bought it all from?
