    Season Pass not working?

    Hello, I bought the Far Cry 5 season pass a little bit ago. I checked my bank account, it says I was charged $14.99. I checked my email, I have an order confirmation. However, the DLCs are nowhere to be found. I have Far Cry 3 in my games, but I don't have any DLCs under Far Cry 5. Nothing in my downloads, and I can't access the DLCs in-game. Am I missing something?

    Hey,

    Where did you buy the season pass from? On Uplay if you click on the game in your games library and scroll down it should show your Owned DLC.

    If the DLC and Season pass are showing as owned then you should be able to access it on the main menu before you continue your game.

    Problem Solved, Waiting On a Refund

    So last night I was made aware that since I bought the game on Steam, the DLCs won't work. I bought the DLCs on Uplay since they were on sale. I spoke with an "agent" last night and asked him if a refund was possible. His words were:

    "There would be [a way to get a refund]. I would have to move your case over to the correct team who could take care of this situation. They would review your case and then contact you via email with a response towards a resolution."

    As of this post, I havn't received that email. I'm hoping I do, as I only bought the season pass to play the DLCs with my friend group.

    Same situation here. Can't access DLC neither in Uplay, where I bought the DLCs) nor in Steam (where I bought the game). How do I solve this?

    PS. UbiSoft, I love your games, but this ^^^ is SOOOO LAME. Why allow buying a DLC for a game that I cannot run it with? It's stupid if not malicious.

    No DLC to be found :(

    Same problem here, i bought Farcry 5 standard edition via Steam some time ago when it was on sale.

    I bought the seasons pass through the ubisoft store since it is in sale at the moment, but the missions do not activate or are not visible in uplay

    I bought the game on Steam and just got the season pass on Humble Bundle and redeemed it through the site, Uplay has Far Cry 3 available to me now so the Season Pass must have redeemed to my account but I can't access the add-on content for the game either.

    Same problem here also, its getting like automatic death trap for Steam user at this point.
    I summit my case today, hopefully money I put on it don't go to waste.

    But seriously, they should do something to fix this or least leave a warning if this many people fall in to it.

    Hi everyone,

    If you have the game on a different platform to your DLC, you would need to contact where the DLC was purchased from in order to get a refund.
    So if you own the base game in Steam and purchased content from Uplay/Ubisoft Store, set up a case on our support site and we will be able to get this sent to the refunds team.

    Do I fall into this category of getting ****ed over by Ubisoft?

    Far Cry 5: Bought on Steam
    DLC Season Pass: Bought on Humble

    Results:
    -I see Far Cry 3 in my uPlay account, so that is validating
    -I do not see any Owned DLC, nor can I play these 3 DLC in-game

    Wtf? Both Humble and Steam are even on Ubisofts approved digital distributor list. How does it matter in the slightest where i bought it all from?

    farcry 5 seasons pass

    Im the complete same dude and they wont even let me refund my purchase (i bought the pass on Uplay and the game on Steam).
