As the thread says i cant start it even though its there on the map. when i enter the site there is no one there !!

I was able to start this mission, but the guy I was escorting became a rag doll and the objectives stopped advancing. After fast traveling out, I'm unable to restart the mission.

Hi guys! Have you tried logging out and logging back in to see if this helps? Are any of you able to provide a screenshot or clip?

I've red on the internet that more people have this problem. please fix it asap Ubisoft.

same bug here =(. And i can't get one tech cache in same place cause i can't shot in rope. I hope in march 15th those many bugs resolve.

Same problem here. It is the SHD cache at the contstruction site in Downtown West. It seems to only be accessible during the side mission. If you go back after the side mission is complete the rope that leads up is not deployed and you cannot get up to the shd cache.

Having the same issue... Tried logging out restarting nothing works...

Yea that video is how it is for me as well, my computer crashed as I was starting the mission and when I returned it was bugged like this where the initial encounter isnt there so there is no way to trigger the door opeing
