Same issue on PS4, Although I think Henry is supposed to be in the building to the left.

Nothing works to fix, tried in a group, redone the mission before hand.

So, I had this. Couldn't find a fix. Went off did some missions, did some open world. Then did a bounty, died. Went back to hand in a project and he was back where he should be. No idea what fixed it, but there is hope!

Same, on PC. running around doing other things, seeing if it updates and fixes.

Also tried matchmaking onto someone else, did not resolve

Henry is MIA, quest tells me to go to Campus and talk with Henry, but he isn't there, i joined someone and then found him, but still cant talk to him
