Lag spikes & screen tearing here on PS4 Pro with game installed on internal SSD. Game should be running a lot smoother than it is currently. 699.9 gb free

I'm running a PS4 (non-pro) and started getting the lag/frame rate drop issue while playing the first mission in the Washington Hotel. It was pretty bad. Just about quit playing, but didn't want to lose my progresso on the mission. Powered through and quit once I got back to the Theater Settlement.

The game is installed on an internal drive and there is a lot of storage remaining.

I'm having the same issue. No problems until I started the first main mission and then it was horrible stutter the whole way through and continued afterwards, however not as bad. PS4 Pro.

No troubleshooting will help here i think.....

This has been a problem in The Division 1 since that games closed beta and they havent fixed it until now so dont count on it to be fixed EVER.... it happens mostly when playing in groups, could be something with someone in the team having a bad connection or something or the servers Massive/Ubisoft uses....

It never happens to me when i play solo on the PVE part of the map, so i guess its a netcode or server related issue.

Anyone playing on PS4 Pro, try and disable boost mode.
Had the same crap yesterday but turning of boost mode helped (speaking only for myself) .

Playing for 5 hours now and no stutter/lag.

i hope it works for some of you.

Agreed, this isn't something changing or opening ports will fix. It has been an issue since TD1. I believe this is on Ubisoft's side and this needs to be fixed ASAP

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing connectivity issues in The Division 2.

Can you please try the troubleshooting steps in the link below:

    https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/0...-on-PS4-TCTD2/

If the issue persists, could you please submit a support ticket (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/Cases/new) and attach an image of your port settings on your router and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.

Well, at least for last night i have to eat my word about it wouldn't work, I did some of these recommended steps :

    DMZ
    UPnP
    Opened the ports listed

Last night i had no rubber-banding and texture lag was a little better... not all the way fixed but it seemed to load a few seconds quicker. So i would say if you know how to get into your router settings, it is worth looking at these changes.
