    My credit card got charged but i didnt get the game

    I tried to buy a pre order of division 2, and after the payment screen, the Uplay app gave me a "not found" page.

    My credit card was charged but i didn't received the order confirmation.

    I have a ticket open without response

    In my work i deal with a lot of digital purchases on a daily-base.

    I find completely unbelievable that a company like ubisoft still didn't gave me a response on such serious situation.

    I did created a ticket 10minutes after i noticed that i was charged for no game-

    I was about to repeat the preorder operation glad i didn't.

    Opened a ticket about 12 hours ago or so. Still no help! And head start coming to its end faster than ever....

    I send like 4x tickets and its 1 big joke full with nothing.... this is big shame for company like this 1.

    Well i opened a ticket 14hours a go .

    I'm not worried with the head start but i think its consensual that being charged and got no game is pretty serious right ?
