i really like to thank you ubi, for making it clear from the beginning how sh#tty your game/service will be. not only the game hasn't arrived but support says that i have to take it with ups, that the service you asked me to pay for it's not your problem anymore. 3days early access and the package still out of country..guess 2 dz editions are not serious money for you. hope you loose players faster than the first game
This is absurd..they shouldn’t tell you that.., consumer law 1.0.1 The item(s) you paid for do not actually belong to you up to the point where you actually receive the goods. Therefore its an issue they are obligated to investigate/correct/compensate for or even refund, at the will of the consumer. In the uk atleast.
