I did manage to get through to chat support once but he hand balled it.

I don't think I'll even bother buying it when this actually gets sorted

I sent a message to the support, I think, I didn't get a confirmation for that either...

having the same issue after purchasing Fary Cry New Dawn. Transaction shows up, but not showing up in uplay library. Very disappointing, poor support, and I got the stock message of "temporary authorisation hold" from support 24 hours later after lodging a ticket.

Dunno if it will fix what's happening but maybe reinstall the uPlay app?

Its been more then 1 day and i still did not get reply from Ticket and also your paypal provider. as i would like to cancel one of the orders.
