    Exact same thing happened to me.

    Using the Uplay Desktop App, I bought the game with my credit card. I also got the error code same as you.

    I then checked if my Credit Card was charged. It shows the money went through to ''Ubisoft X Fr''.

    The Game does not appear in the library but the card was charged.

    This is not an error with our credit card companies, it is clearly an error with Ubisoft.

    Our money is not being ''held back''. The payment was made, Ubisoft isn't registering the payments.

    So now, I'm in the same stupid situation just like you guys.

    I purchased the game at 22:00 and wanted to preload so I can play at 00:00 when it released, thats why I even bought the gold edition.

    I already contacted support and opened a case, who knows how long that's gonna take.

    Until I know what's gonna happen with the money, if the game will be put in my library or if th money is going back to my credit card, I can't buy the game another time, because who knows if it will work if I buy it again, or if I even get a refund for the first one or if they will force me to keep that one and I end up having it twice.

    Everybody is playing already and we have to wait. Most likely they're not even gonnna compensate for this, and if they do, it's probably gonna be something useless.

    Probably the money will go back to the card after some days because there was an error with Ubisoft not being able to take payments, I'll have lost my 100 Uplay points which I used for a 20% discount and will have the money on my card where I don't need it, and the 3 days of early access will be over

    We also should get 1 of 3 free games for pre-ordering The Division 2 before March 15th, and since this is likely gonna take longer and come out in the worst case, thats another thing I will have lost

    I do care about free game I care about this 1. I spend money with some failed situation and I didn't get the game and I don't know what to do. 😒😥

    Same issue for me bought the Gold /129.99 CDN version and my cc was charged but no game put in a support ticket and no response. By the looks of it I should have checked the forums before I wasted my money. Should just request a refund.

    In my personal opinion Ubisoft should be more open when they realise this issue is happening to a lot of people. To some people $150 is allot of money and to not have a product in return really blows. So much for my days off/pre play..

    Same thing here..

    Just wondering if anyone has an update on this?
    I purchased division 2 yesterday and got an error message when I clicked the button to purchase.

    Checked credit card and charged $72.
    Rang my bank and they said bad luck wait 10 days and if the transaction isn't fulfilled then I can log a complaint.

    Pretty crap ubisoft...pretty crap..

    Hi everyone. I have looked into each and every one of your cases, and none of your transactions have gone through. Please check out this link for more information on this particular error and what it means.

    SpecialK.., you don't appear to have any purchases at all on this account. If you purchased on a different account, please let me know so I can check that out for you.

    Sloppymop1....you have the game on your account and have logged six sessions.

    Yes that's the problem. There are no transactions on my account (I bought it on this account) and ubi charged me for it but no game...
    I have logged a ticket with a screen shot of the debit so hopefully you can add the game to my account!

    I rang my bank and they said it's on your end but if I want I can log a fraud claim.

    All I want is the division 2 like I paid for!

    If you want proof please look at the ticket 08334631 and you will see I have paid for it!

    Thank you for your time to look into this for me. The ticket is 24 hours old and no one has got back to me yet.

    Looks like you had the same error and your funds will be on hold for 7-10 days and then be going back to your credit card. If I were you I would not wait until that money is returned and get the division 2 in another way in the meantime. If the error ocurred in the Uplay desktop app, you could try purchasing the game on the store website using your browser. There you could also use 100 Uplay points for a 20% discount. Another option would be, if you are unsure about buying the game digital, is getting the physical edition in the store, and then get the year 1 pass in addition if needed.

    Hey guys, I just want to tell you not to worry about your funds disappearing. They will be returned to your bank account in about 14 days (10 business days) from the attempted purchase date. I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago when I tried to order the Ultimate edition from the Uplay store. Same ordeal- my bank issued payment resulting in funds being pulled from my bank account, however Ubisoft Paris never acknowledged payment. The error is most certainly on Ubisoft's end. I spoke to my bank and they said the money will be in a holding account until they receive a response from Ubisoft Paris. They never received that response, so the money was put back into my account. Keep your support tickets open, but the money should come back.

    This transaction does not exist to Ubisoft, so any preorder benefits won't be provided.

    I ended up buying the Gold edition from Greenman Gaming, which is unfortunate because I paid 2 euros more than I would have for the Ultimate edition by using my Ubisoft points for the 20% discount.

    You can't buy it on Greenman Gaming now because of the Epic games exclusivity, but I do not recommend buying anything from the Uplay launcher anymore; as they cannot seem to process transactions. I tried with two other cards from other bank accounts, and they still could not process the transactions (except those times no funds were removed from my bank accounts).
