ordered Ultimate edition through Ubi Store,
-received invoice
-charged credit card
-no email confirmation
-no automatic account update
-no key code
-no response to the issue submitted
-cant open chat to resolve
very annoying I spent 100+ dollars to play with my buddies tonight at midnight however I don't have the game.
paid, money came out of the bank. ubisoft didnt not send a email and we put in a ticket they said it was a "error" and should be fixed in a couple days.
a couple days they said, on a game i paid 120 bucks plus for to play tonight. its basically theft.
Look it up on the uplay launcher and you should be able to download it from there. You might have bought it from the epic games store by accident too, so check that and make sure. I didnt recieve an email from uplay just went to the uplay launcher and looked it up. You can also check your game library in the uplay launcher
So I contacted my banks 24hr line. They said the funds where removed and approved for payment BUT Cameron D on the live chat stated that Ubisoft had not received any such thing and that it was my banks fault. Seems fishy.. Starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
They also refused to refund, or refused promise of refund. If they over night processing goes and I don't have my funds Ubisoft officially stole money
You have now shut down your live chat service that is open till 2am, You do NOT have a phone number to call. Or I can MAIL YOU WITH MY ISSUES!
