    Performance / Lags, Issue

    Good day,

I start the game yesterday, and am experiencing huge lag too all along the game for now, mostly while in combat with NPC. I have a message that pop up sometimes telling me Poor Connection Host Server.
I just keep dieing in every combat due to this and really turn me down on this game.
I really hope this get solve quickly.

Am using PS4 (No Pro) 1Tb.

I played for about 6 hours straight on tuesday, twas fine for about 4-5 hours then after that i got CRAZY lag, restarted PS4 and lag problem was fixed.

My brother had a similar issue yesterday, told him to restart PS4 and lag stopped for him too.

After I left the White House, there was severe stuttering EVERYWHERE, the first Mission was nearly unplayable. Every two seconds framedrops and freezes. After the Mission the stuttering was all over the place. Playing on PS4 with Update 1.03.

Stuttering happens randomly and when it happens to me, only fix is a game restart.
What is interesting, I am playing side by side with my wife, so I can observe when the game is stuttering on both consoles. It is pretty much always at the same time. Also friends, we are playing with, have the issue in sync with us.
Game restart resolves it for everyone.
We are both on PS4 Pro. And so are our teammates.

At first glance it looks like server side issue, or some areas/events causing memory leak for everyone in range/session.

Another issue happens only to me and never to my wife. Game rarely freezes for 15-30 seconds. After that it returns to normal state. Only difference between our consoles is, that mine is running on SSD.

    Lag

Regular PS4; serious lag on first mission, unplayable, I played beta and I didn't have this issue. Disc copy not digital download.

PS4 Pro with 500 GB SSD, bad lag everywhere, but most noticeably when lots of enemies are around. Ice skating and massive frame drops, screen tearing too. Can't wait for a fix I kept on dying

I’m also on a PS4 Pro, and get quite a lot of lag. Seems like server lag. Very much like back in TD1.

It’s really making the game unplayable right now.

I just get shot down because of it. Gun won’t fire, NPC’s teleport, my grenades dont go off or have a huge delay. Just even picking up loot and materials from boxes lag. Even when there isn’t any action going on.

It’s very frustrating to say the least. It should not be my net speed, I have a decent cable connection typically getting about 49-70 mbps down.

It’s been noticeably worse since the full launch for everyone on Friday. So it appears like server load issues to me.

This is not acceptable! Even after the recent server maintenances it’s pretty much the same.

I’m at a loss of what to do, I want to play but with the AI being more clever and varied the lag just gets me killed way too easily and unexpectedly.
