Press your Windows key or go into Start.
Type run and hit enter. A new window should appear.
In the new window, type DxDiag and hit OK.
You should now see a new window called DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
At the bottom of this window, press Save All Information.
Open up the new file you created and copy all the information to http://pastebin.com/ into the New Paste window.
Once all the information is there, press Create New Paste and provide us with the link.
I'll be on and off and will have a look to see if there's anything that maybe causing your issues at your end, plus a Ubi-Staffer will forward them to the right Dept![]()
Here's the pastebin for the DXDiag that I included with my support ticket, hopefully it will be helpful.

Cheers looking now, page file doesn't have much room to play. An increase in virtual memory might be an option but i suspect the below to have more of an affectOriginally Posted by Demoana27 Go to original post
edit: Can you please try to kill Agent.exe in the task manager if running
Also it appears you are running a Windows 10 Insider build, that will be an issue, do you have any 3rd party anti virus programs?

Here's the potential fix for you Demoana27
From https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...8-3d6919a4667fMicrosoft:
Follow these instructions: press the Windows + X keys and select Command Prompt (Administrator) or Windows PowerShell (Administrator), in the window that will open, you must type the commands in their respective order:
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
• sfc /scannow
Each of these actions can take a few minutes, so it is important to execute one at a time. When finished, you must restart the PC.
I was unaware I was even using a Windows 10 Insider build, I just used the program from Microsoft to re-install Windows 10 via USB yesterday when I did a fresh install. The Agent.exe is from when I have Battle.net running so I just exited that and it shut down. I also went and increased the page file size. I went and did the steps after that, that you listed and I was able to play for about 2-3 hrs before it crashed, so that's a definite improvement.Originally Posted by Lens00140 Go to original post
Thanks for the update Demoana27! I checked your NFO file over your ticket, and noticed a few memory leaks occurring. We are currently investigating memory leaks within TD2 during longer play sessions. Are you able to clarify what you were doing prior to crashing? I'd also recommend running a memtest to ensure your RAM is functioning properly.
My most recent crash which happened after about 2 hours or so, I had just finished a Main Story Mission and then fast traveled to the White House, I used my skill point to get the Hive Reviver, spent shd tech for perks, then went and crafted a couple items, then went to the projects person and donated some stuff and then went to go to my stash to get a couple more items to donate and like 2 secs. after I walked away from the projects person the game froze for 4-5 secs. and then crashed to desktop and asked me to submit a crash report which I did.Originally Posted by UbiSailorScout Go to original post
Great to hear that there was some change, another thing to try until an official fix is released is to do what some did in the beta, log out of the game every hour or two and close uPlay then restart. Not really a fix but it better than a crash
btw. what u talkin about xxBigbacon with 3rd party software, lost you on this post?
I think he's referring to someone on the previous page suggesting using Intelligent Standby List Cleaner while playing the game as well as a couple other suggestions to try and help people that are having this crashing issue.
