When I try to log into the game the first time it was the video and audio bug. The game would freeze and there would be no audio what so ever. Now I understand that the Logitec, what I have, headset are the ones that have the issue with the currently released game, what was so different from the tech alpha and the closed beta to the released game that this didn't happen? What is being done from the 12th of pre-release to date since you all may have known about this? The second time I logged on, mind you this has all happened since 10 pm Arizona time that game has been live the 14 of March, I can move but only intermediately and made it to the base of operations,.then the game crashes, sent a bug report. this happens 3 more times until I can't get past the epilepsy warning to crash 2 more times. Did I waste $60 dollars that I am not going to get back, or even able to exchange it for something that I can play?
What I now want to know, since you all are so good at being transparent to your players, is what are you going to do about the bugs that you all most likely knew about since the 12th? Like I said before these problems weren't in the tech-alpha or the closed beta which wasn't long ago, Only now with whatever was done this has happened. Mind you not everyone has computer expertise and is able to afford multiple headsets or fancy speaker systems to play games.
Just happened to me 5-6x today.
Once just exploring some area and the other times in a group doing a stronghold (I wasn't the only one who dc'ed/crashed).
All crashes I have experienced have been so far in "closed" areas of the game not on the open map, no idea if that is the same with you guys.

Starting to wonder if the crazy high CPU usage could be causing crashing problems with some people. Obviously high CPU usage can cause performance problems and even overheating if you aren't careful. But shouldn't cause crashing if your voltage/heat is well managed. Here's a nice example of my AVG 107% CPU usage, saw it spike to 130% a few times. Obviously I'm not using 130% of my CPU, but still worth noting how CPU hungry this game is.

Random crashing here too...
i5 4690K
Gigabyte RTX 2060 OC Gaming Edition
8GB RAM
Samsung 850 Evo SSD
Windows 10 Pro x64
Tried both Nvidia drivers 419.17 & 419.35
On the newer version I would crash every 10-15 minutes (quick switch to windowed and then to desktop - no error messages)
On the older version I just got about 45 minutes play time in before a hard crash (had to reset my PC)
I played in the open beta and didn't crash at all - only thing I have changed since then is update graphics card from a GTX 970
Alright so I might have a way to increase stability. I can't be sure since I haven't tested it enough, but I've played about 2 hours now on Dx 12 with the 419.35 drivers without crashes, and that's considerably better than the "crash within 15 minutes" I was experiencing before.
I did a whole bunch of changes, so I'm not sure which one of them that actually increases stability. Most likely some of these things don't really have an effect. Anyway, what I did was the following:
1. Go into the Division 2 folder and set all three executables there to "run as administrator" (right click on them, select properties and then click the compatibility tab).
2. Deactivate fullscreen optimization TheDivision2.exe (this is in the same place as the step above).
3. This is a bit messy, but I set the TheDivision2.exe to run on high CPU priority. This can't be done from the task manager since EasyAntiCheat stops you from messing with the executable while it's running. Instead I followed the steps in this link:
https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/f...141#post316141
The above link is for Fortnite, so you gotta change some stuff to fit The Division 2 instead, i.e. change the key FortniteClient-Win64-Shipping.exe to TheDivision2.exe instead.
Just be careful when you mess with regedit, you can accidently screw up your OS.
4. Finally I turned off GSync, deactivated my second monitor, set the max framerate to 80, and ran the game in fullscreen.
Perhaps try these things out and see what it does for you.
i have seen less bugs on a flea bitten dog and less crashes in a demolition derby
nothing has changed from beta, the same crashes still exist
from Tobii, then Charlie-03 integrity error and now unknown file versions of dbghelp, the easy anti cheat is failing and every time you put a plaster over one crack, another appears
how many times do i need to reinstall and verify, come on get a grip
I still after many attempts have not got out of the initial game play and into the white house,
i have tried full screen, windowed DX11, DX12(makes it crash more) to name but a few
