    Purchased game but didn't receive it.

    Yesterday i Bought the Ultimate edition here in Australia for $164.95 AUD, In preperation to predownload the game over night to play today.
    however i received an error when finalising my payment through uPlay store.
    I checked my bank account and found that the transaction had been successful.
    V8616 11/03 UBISOFT X.
    MISCELLANEOUS DEBIT -minus $164.95

    However i have not received my game and i haven't received access to download or play the game either. I've called my bank to ask if they had any technical issues reported on there end and informed me that they have had no issues and that the transaction was indeed successful. I've lodged a Ubisoft ticket over 14 hours ago and heard no reply. I've also contacted Ubisoft on facebook and they have flat out ignored me. I'm losing my patience and support for this company very fast. I've also restarted the uplay app multiple times to see if that would fix it... Please help. At this rate i'll be forced to have my bank issue and transaction dispute on my behalf.

    I have checked and you should have received a response on this ticket today.

    still cant preload

    i pre ordered D2 about 2months ago, ultimate edition.. got confirmation, registered all needed accounts, codes.. and what? nothing.. still cant even pre load. it was my last pre order with this company, support is typical copy & paste, useless and unhelpful, GG Ubi

    I've checked your account and it doesn't look like you've pre-ordered the game from the Ubisoft Store. You have a linked PSN account so I'm assuming you've pre-ordered via the Playstation Store. If that's the case you'll need to get in touch with Sony if you are having any problems with your pre-order and the early access that's supposed to come with it.

    exact same issue

    I have also purchased the game today. During the final stage error happened, but I had a successful debit on my bank account. Checked bank, also got SMS notification on successful payment, but no email, no game, nothing.

    I have bought The Crew 2 an hour ago. I payed with paysafe but once I was done with the payment an error popped up and the site closed. I went into search history to see if the order went threw. I pressed confirm and it showed the thank you for your purchase message. When I went into my games and didn't recieve it. I didn't get an email for the verification of the game as well. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
