    Never Recieved Game or Confirmation Email

    I bought the Ultimate edition of The division 2 on 3/10/19 My credit card was charged and my money was taken but i never received my receipt or confirmation email. I have filed a Case report and have contacted customer support but gotten no help thus far. This is really sad as im seeing they've had this problem and not fixed it since 2015. I'd really like to get it downloaded and ready any help would be appreciated
