    Preordered ultimate edition but have problems.

    Hello.

    I ordered ultimate edition with paypal, money has been drawn.
    I can see it in my ordered list.
    I can see the game in my club app.
    I can add rewards.
    I could choose free game but it says its not available yet but its been released forever.

    I never got a email.
    I do not see it in my inventory,
    Exiting and logging out of launcher does not help.

    This is really sad, and worst part is this is not the first time and i have missed a lot of keys this way in the past.
    You really need to look over your entire platform and make sure it works.

    Please fix asap, also sent in a ticket about my issue!

    I also pre-ordered the ultimate edition

    I pre-ordered the ultimate edition and cannot play. The game still says not released. What is going on and how to I access 3 days early?

    Ok update, i have now gotten a mail that they will forward my situation and that they will get back to me.
    This is like another release all over again

    Hey guys, if you haven't already I'd advise opening a support ticket with us.
    In regard to the free game that some players receive with their purchase, this will be available to play from the official launch date of The Division 2.

    Hi everyone at Ubisoft.
