This thread seems to be moving towards a discussion about SSDs and how we can fix this problem for Ubi.

I have the game running off an internal EVO 860 1 TB and have since day one. It doesn’t fix the problem it speeds up how fast it takes the late textures and LODs to load. So yes it’s less annoying but it’s still watching the game engine build it’s self everywhere you go.

This was okay on PS2. Not anymore.

So, when will this be addressed? Or do we need to start a new thread every day, and make sure we post that thread and all others on Twitter every hour until someone says- we will or won’t fix this?

I still hope this issue can be improved, but i was starting to doubt that this will be fully fixed. As a matter of fact, the SSD solution was suggested by someone from Ubisoft in Twitter.

Ok, I admit, my mind was blown with this comment.
HOW DA F**K DO THEY HAVE THE NERVES TO SUGGEST THIS??

    Tthis is outrageous..

To the The DIvision 2 dev team: Do your job or go home. Do not suggest to upgrade a console so that your game works properly..

This is next level arrogance and ignorance at the same time. The nerve on this piece of sh*t to suggest that as a solution for a AAA game in 2019...

After the patch today (April 5th) the problem has gotten significantly worse. Now in game inventory icons are taking 5-8 seconds to load too. Im on a ps4 pro with a hybrid drive and its worse than it was yesterday. Fix this **** ubi. This is unacceptable.

I'm still at work. When I arrive home I'll check that. Mine is a Ps Pro stock, so I can just imagine how worse it is..

if this is true, this is just getting ridiculous.
(not that i'm not believing you m8, just want to see it with my own eyes),

yep, I can confirm. Todays patch has made this even worse. My Character looked like it was in an "Echo" for about 20seconds when I logged in. Polygon triangle arms, everything around me was a blur and I even had time to come here and post about it before everything had loaded in.

It's not so bad in missions but in freeroam its absolutely awful

    I'm on a PS4 Pro using a 1080p TV.
