Same for me. PS4 Pro, objects pop in really late and ground textures as well as foliage come in right in front of camera. Happens at a constant rate on a Pro with stock hard drive and can take some series time to load-in. On another Pro with a Samsung SSD installed it happens just as often but the missing objects and textures load in faster. Both are extremely destracting.

Connection is solid without drops, and the Database has been reconstructed on both Pro machines.

First I want to say thanks to everyone who worked on the game. I'm super excited to be playing it today. Both Betas were tons of fun and I wish I wasn't here posting because of an issue. I'm on PS4 Pro in 4k mode.
I've made a video with lod issues. There is lots of popping textures. I'll be rebuilding my database tonight to see if that helps at all and update this tomorrow.

The problem is a bit smaller than in the open beta, but unfortunately it continues to occur. Do what you did, only more, because it probably helps;]. I did rebuild the database and I have no problems with connection. I'm playing on ps4 pro. The problem occurs both on the internal disk and on the external disk. On the internal disk I have 800 gb free space, while on the external hard drive I have 2 tb free space. I am sending a few short videos that I have recorded:

One information that could help is that issue is getting worse over time. After three hours of play, texture loading was as bad as in Open Beta. After travelling to any location, blurry textures and low poly models were everywhere. Seems like some memory leak or other sort of memory management issues.

Yes, I can confirm this, after a full restart of the game it took some time to become bad again. But this problem still exists in Division 1. there it took quite a while until the texture streaming become a problem but the bug still exists until now.

It almost always has no textures loaded and also, when you turn right to the truck which acts as a gate, it is also most of the time with blurry texture and low polygon wheels which slowly pop-in. Another place is white house, where the NPC which gives you skills is almost always without textures and in low poly for few seconds after you enter the hall.
Same issues here as well on a PS4 Pro with plenty of HD space left. It seems to be worse when entering the Theater Settlement when loading textures can take up to 10 seconds. Also most missing textures seems to be trees, billboards, screens but also the textures on police cars.

It's obviously not game breaking but would love to see this issue solved. I haven't noticed much improvement since the closed beta which also had these texture issues.

I've also experienced this on PS4 Pro with plenty of HD space. Can confirm the pop-in/textures grew worse after a few hours of play, reverting to beta-level regularity.
