    Hi Boreto, sorry to see that you're having issues purchasing your game. Are you getting stuck at the check out with an error, or are you finalizing the payment and getting an error? If so, have you tried using a different payment method at all?

    If you're trying to complete the purchase via Uplay directly, perhaps try using the website directly, or vice versa. Could you also provide your case number so we can look into your account?
