    Ordered through Ubi Store..not working

    ordered Ultimate edition through Ubi Store,
    -received invoice
    -charged credit card
    -no email confirmation
    -no automatic account update
    -no key code
    -no response to issue submitted
    -cant open chat to resolve

    Order number :10951058

    Not sure what is worse, Ubi store or Epic store...

    Any help or advice is welcome...

    Hey Exodus,

    Looks like the transaction did go through, as I can see that the game entitlement has been granted. Could you relog on Uplay and let me know if the game is still not appearing?

    I have the same problem even logged a case number but still havent heard anything was charged and my mone was taken but still have no email or order reciept of the game please help

    Same here, purchase not showing.

    I purchased the standard edition and submit a refund ticket. I decided to go ahead and purchase the gold edition, and it's saying it should be in my game library, but it's not there. I just see the standard edition still.

    I bought the Gold Edition and used 20% discount with Uplay Points (79.99 Euros)

    Game not showing appearing in Library
    Can't preload
    Can't play on release (which is in 20 Minutes here)
    Credit Card Charged
    Money gone
    No game

    I don't want a refund, as I'm also unsure if you can use that 20% twice. Also i don't have anymore Uplay points now.

    Can you just put the game in my library please. And if you're nice then please just give me the Ultimate edition instead of the Gold edition because you upset me
