    Pre-order infinte load

    Tried to purchase D2 from uPlay on PC. Got to confirm and pay and nothing happened. After a few minutes i clicked confirm and pay again and I got kicked back to the store. Now the money is reserved on my bank account and my 100 uPlay credits are gone.. FeelsBadMan.

    Infinite load even....

    Hey Amp, sorry to see this is happening.

    If you've redeemed a discount code and had issues when trying to check out, we can look into the possibility of voiding the code and refunding you your points for said code. In regard to the payment, have you tried using the store via the website directly rather than Uplay to see if that works? You can create the support ticket to our dedicated store team here.

    Thanks for the reply Town, I've made a ticket, mainly because of the money being reserved on my bank account, which is annoying..
