@JarrettG87 I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. If you are using a Logitech headset then there is a known issue with these at the moment and the dev team are investigating. If you are using a headset please disable it and try again.
However if this does not resolve the issue then please try these PC troubleshooting steps.
If the issue still persists, could you submit a support ticket and attach your system files (dxdiag and msinfo and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.
