I submitted a ticket asking if it's possible to give proof of payment so I can get a code for digital download so I won't loose the early access and if this not possible, instructions for a refund. No answer yet. From here don't expect any answers. They'll keep giving you the silent treatment hoping you'll forget about it and in 10 days they'll say something that will include '' I'm sorry you feel this way/had to go through that'' etc etc.
Here is the answer I got from Ubisoft support chat....
Jonny: Sorry to hear of this, physical deliveries should all be received by tomorrow, as promised. We did not promise midnight access the day before release. If you will still have not received it by tomorrow please contact us back and we will certainly be able to do something for you. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
