I completed the quests leading up to the cult member “The Master”. After I finished the quest “Citizenship Test” it doesn’t start the following quest. I went to the silver mine trying to get the cultist clue and I’ve hit a point where no matter what I can’t get the next quest to start. Its now stuck I’ve attenpted completing other quests as well as waiting. Is there a work around or a possible tiny patch coming that can fix this issue? I’ve seen many others with this glitch is there a fix I can’t find?

To confirm are you experiencing issues killing the cultist 'The Master'? Have you unveiled him yet?
If not you need to complete 'A Life's Worth' side quest in Attika region first to get the cultist clue. The side quests 'On a High Horse' and 'A Friend in Need' need to be completed first before 'A Life's Worth' side quest becomes available.
