According to what evidence? I mean, that's very simple to go ahead and say, but you don't make your case by saying "trust me, it's true!".

I guess the doubt comes partly from the fact that lockers are predecided, so I guess some people don't really trust the 35% so much (I get very few double loots myself :3), but it would be a bit laborius to prove.

Edit: I do believe in the % though, maybe some code crackers could confirm it if it's accessible somewhere :P.

That is not true. Please do not spread misinformation on the forums.

It's definitely not 35% I counted myself and kept tabs because it just didn't seem right to me. at 35% you should pretty much hit at least 1 double loot for every 3 lockers. I have 2 accounts. My main account in legendary which I do spend some $ on. Cleared the event in one day, hit my locker limit, and opened a total of 110 lockers. Only got 22 double loots. So that's only 20%. My alternate account is lvl 14 in silver shield and purely F2P, I spend no money on this account. Did the same thing the next day, cleared the event, hit locker limit, opened 96 lockers with a 28% of double loot and how much double loot did I get? 36. So I actually got 37% double loot on my account which should have actually been lower. What Gives? If I had to guess I'd say it's some kind of algorithm that factors in whether or not you spend money on the game or not and if you do, it's going to make you want spend cash to roll on that double loot. I realize It's not a very big data sample I had to work with but the difference was noticable enough for me to want to look into it further myself. And not just this event, last week is when I noticed the difference immediately. I mean within 2 days on my F2P account I had 2 legendaries in my pvp lockers and both times got double loot. 4 legendaries in 2 days. On my main account I'm lucky to double up on 2 pvp tickets. not to mention the fact that you guys are practically giving away legendaries and it makes me sick. My f2p account that is 2 months old now has more copies of Mecha Timmy than my main account has been able to acquire in over a year of hitting locker limits daily and grinding events religously. So congratulations, You have officially broke the game. The new updates are pretty new and I can already tell a difference. I'm battling increasingly more opponents 3-5 levels lower than me and they all have the same decks with level 3 legendaries, and the rest of their deck is trash commons and rares, and no skill to be found.

Sorry Toller, unfortunately it does appear to be true. I made a post in the bugs section of the forum as well, but in summary drop rate for double lockers as proven by quite a bit of data over the weekend is definitely lower than advertised (around 23% rather than 35% as it should be). Root cause appears to be disabled double loot for tickets. Last week I also reported (along with others) that double tickets were disappearing from my account after they were awarded, so I guess someone had the bright idea to disable them while a solution is researched and didn't bother to tell anyone. Not good at all.

Can you back your statement then, taking away the feeling described here? As I must have really bad luck with RNG then, as I got only in 15% of the cases double loot... Counted over 500 lockers, opened in all double loot events to date.

I didnt care to put it in a table, but the one doing so, backs my counts. So wondering who is misleading in this case actually.

Well, based on the lack of response against pretty overwhelming evidence, I guess we can confirm this is true.

Very, very weird one of the CMs isn't answering questions and giving clarification about this issue. I mean, it's more or less a malfunctioning slot machine. If this happened in Vegas you'd have casino people all over the case to assure gamblers they weren't being cheated. Why the silence?

Let's give it some more time... if they have to ask, probably it will take a while to get a proper answer.

Also, they may also have been out for the night (I think they are in Europe)...

True, but I'm also based in Europe and it's halfway through the 2nd business day since this was raised. I don't know... I deal with more complicated things to sort out regularly within a much shorter time period. Of course it is just a game, but misleading rewards is a pretty big deal.

I’m hoping the silence is acknowledgment of the issue and the delay is the complicated discussion on how to fairly compensate the community. I don’t know what would be an appropriate action - if I had 10 big PvP lockers that couldn’t get doubled - will an extra 1000 PvP tix and some cash cut it? What about people who grinded all weekend and spent tons of cash and hit dozens of big PvP ticket lockers?

It’s complicated - maybe they have a way to figure out what each person missed out on? (Wishful thinking of course)
