Player shadow artifacting

Using base PS4 and on two different systems I see artifacting (single spike) coming from player shadow. Otherwise shadows and other graphical elements appear as expected. I do not notice this on every stage.
No other issues are seen in any other games.

This shows it pretty clearly. Not even my video. Just searched for trials rising PS4 in youtube.

Most of the time I've noticed this, it's coming from my characters shadow and can appear in any stage.

I think it's coming from Glass Rider in this video. I was hoping to find some piece of gear identical to what I'm wearing that could be bugged but I haven't found anything yet that is similar.

So many of the videos on youtube are PC version so it's hard to find ones from PS4. I swear it pops up in more than just the stadium though.
