Noir Theme (Refined)
Hey Guys so I wanted to post my idea for the Noir theme again, only more well thought out and with many more cards. I feel this could be something to really turn heads now, hope you all like it. If you have anything to add of something to change like maybe some card should cost more, please let me know I'll be working on this some more whenever I think of something new.
Noir Theme
Key Feature in this theme is Phase, an ability to stop enemies from detecting you, (not including the New Kid), and can walk through enemies/ allies without bumping into them. Enemies currently attacking the one that phased will stop and continue acting like how they would if he wasn’t there but spells can still target the phaser.
Debt Collector Stan -- Cost 3 // Rare
Fighter
Warcry: Prevents all enemies from obtaining buffs for 30sec
Agent Kyle -- Cost 4 // Common
Ranged
Charged: All allies increases their max HP
Hard Boiled Kenny -- Cost 2 // Rare
Assassin
DeathWish: Clear all effects from allies in its surrounding area.
Dirty Cop Cartman -- Cost 5 // Common
Tank
Warcry: Inherits all buffs from the last fallen ally.
Inspector Butters -- Cost 2 // Common
Assassin
DeathWish: Remove all buffs from the enemy that killed him
Patsy Clyde -- Cost 4 // Rare
Fighter
Warcry: All spells and randomized attacks are prioritized at him.
(ie: Fireball can only target HB Clyde while in play but can still hit everyone in its radius)
Snarker Craig -- Cost 3 // Common
Ranged
Charged/ Hit Loop 2: Attacking priority flips from closest to furthest.
Reporter Tweek -- Cost 4 // Common
Ranged
Charged: Phase from enemy detection for 5 seconds
Streetwalker Token -- Cost 3 // Rare
Fighter
Charged: Decreases attack power for all flying units
Dealer Jimmy -- Cost 3 // Epic
Fighter:
Aura: All buffs and effects are flipped for all surrounding enemies and allies
Breacher Timmy -- Cost 4 // Common

Charged: Pushes back nearest enemy a great distance
Lady of the Evening Randy -- Cost 6 // Epic

Enraged: Freezes all surrounding enemies and changes to a Fighter

Kill Trigger: Phases from enemy detection for 5 Seconds, turns into a Headhunter

Enraged: Summons two lackeys and phases from enemy detection for 4 seconds

Spell Card: Evil Plan -- Cost 2 // Common
Stops the Aura from enemies in the area for 40 seconds.
Spell Card: Snitch -- Cost 4 // Rare
Gives a single enemy an aura that causes his allies to attack him for 8 seconds.
*can only use this when the enemy is on your side of the battlefield*
