Is there a way to get refund?
Hello to Redlynx and Ubisoft Team,
My patience is gone. It has been over a week since the launch of game and nothing has changed.
I have preordered your game on 09.11.2018 and I´m a long fan of this franchise. This is why I also preordered the Gold Edition.
So far:
- I did not receive any Gold, preorder, or Ubisoft bonuses/items.
- Like many others I still have broken inventory (infinity loading + duplications)
- I have the same problem with impossible stadium opponents.
- Leaderboards are not updating properly
- Overall the performance of game could be a lot of better
- And based on the reactions of other folks, they are many more bugs further in the game (missing crates etc.)
As this is a game about your own style and customization (currently broken), about beating other players (currently broken), and about actually playing trials (locked behind the grind), I do consider this game to be broken, or at least have a game-breaking bugs.
It has been over a week and not a single quick fix was posted. It creates a feeling this is a much bigger problem rooted in the core of the game.
Therefore, please advise, how I can get a refund of my money? I already took steps with PlayStation support, just to find out I can´t get refund because I already downloaded the game. Well, I did not expect to receive a broken product in the first place. Therefore, I could not expect it.
