    Is there a way to get refund?

    Hello to Redlynx and Ubisoft Team,

    My patience is gone. It has been over a week since the launch of game and nothing has changed.
    I have preordered your game on 09.11.2018 and I´m a long fan of this franchise. This is why I also preordered the Gold Edition.

    So far:
    - I did not receive any Gold, preorder, or Ubisoft bonuses/items.
    - Like many others I still have broken inventory (infinity loading + duplications)
    - I have the same problem with impossible stadium opponents.
    - Leaderboards are not updating properly
    - Overall the performance of game could be a lot of better
    - And based on the reactions of other folks, they are many more bugs further in the game (missing crates etc.)

    As this is a game about your own style and customization (currently broken), about beating other players (currently broken), and about actually playing trials (locked behind the grind), I do consider this game to be broken, or at least have a game-breaking bugs.

    It has been over a week and not a single quick fix was posted. It creates a feeling this is a much bigger problem rooted in the core of the game.

    Therefore, please advise, how I can get a refund of my money? I already took steps with PlayStation support, just to find out I can´t get refund because I already downloaded the game. Well, I did not expect to receive a broken product in the first place. Therefore, I could not expect it.

    I would like to get a refund too, this is not the game I were promised.

    I even read a Ubisoft guy on reddit telling that we would be able to play user created tracks offline so I bought the game for the Switch too so I can play those in my way to work. Turns out it was a lie and we can't do that.

    On top of that, half of the game is broken.

    Please allow refunds.

    Your gold pre order stuff is in an email you used to pre order the game but even with the customisation broken atm even I can’t equip it cus my inventory is full

    Just click where it says CLUB on the main screen, it should all be there.

    Hello Rebrief,
    I did not receive any further email communication regarding the Gold and pre-order stuff. I did buy the game directly from the PS4 store and after first launch several pop-ups informed me to enjoy the new stuff. Well, they never showed in my inventory...

    The team is currently hard at work investigating the bugs and issues they have been seeing brought forward. We will update as soon as we have more information.

    You have the best playing Trials ever. This is the truth. They will patch it. Now ask yourself...the time it takes to get a refund...is that worth $25? Of course not. And this will never happen either...guaranteed. There are alway disclaimers that allow games to be patched and so on. Fusion didn’t have MP for 10 months and I’d guess...not one refund was given.
    The core game plays great. 110 tracks and you want a refund because of crates and a buggy gear store? Just unlock the tracks and grind the contracts line the rest of us did.😄
    To add...working leaderboards are an illusion, as it’s all in a digital realm. No impact on life at all.👌 I get a platinum and think...oh, ok. Another imaginary medal for me.😄🦄🌈
