I reported this in the private beta, but also happened in the open beta. The SHD Tech at Penn Ave NW &13th NW when you walk up to the ladder to climb up to get the SHD TEch, the wall isn't there... there's a ladder against nothing. 2nd time I've come across that issue in both beta's.
