Every time I play For Honor the game ‘freezes up’ and working temporarily in slow motion for fell seconds. My configuration is good (12 gb memory, i5, Gtx 1060) and it works when I play on highest quality mode. But now, even when I play on lower quality mode this problem still happens. What can I do to solve this issue?

If the problem still persists, please create a ticket here and attach Dxdiag and MSinfo for us to investigate further.
